Overview

Full defit back to bare shell at Emporium Melbourne, including installation of a new IT wall to subdivide the tenancy and create two smaller tenancies within the existing footprint.

Challenge

Live CBD trading environment with strict centre controls, high pedestrian traffic, and tight access windows. Unforeseen steel supports fixed directly to the existing IT wall required full plaster re-sheeting (not a standard patch repair), adding complexity without impacting programme.

TDG Solution
